Kanokon Episode 12 Review

June 24th, 2008 | Category: Kanokon

Kanokon episode 12 concludes this foxy anime in an expected manner, a shitty one. This anime sucked balls. It had some minor moments of amusement, but it really wasn’t worth the pain. If you’re into furries, hentai, and the usual emo shit you might have gotten something out of it, but anyone slightly less perverse…eh.

Kanokon Episode 9 Review

June 06th, 2008 | Category: Kanokon

I’m really curious what this show is rated in Japan. Kanokon has absolutely nothing in terms of plot, characters, or meaningful content in any sense of the word—for a comedy, it isn’t even that funny. It does have an overly healthy dose of furries, and fan service. However, I did find Kanokon episode 9 to be utterly hilarious.

Kanokon Episode 6 Review

May 13th, 2008 | Category: Kanokon

Here we have another week of the Put Out Foxy and Little Boy Chump. Kanokon episode 6 is just more of the usual. Foxy is trying to pop her cherry (I assume) and Kouta is trying hard to do the “right” thing.

It seems like the creators of Kanokon heard my ranting about the lack of bunny suits in Code Geass R2 because they seem to be delivering. At least in Kanokon episode 4 they had Chizuru prance around in bunny attire for more than half the episode. A bunny suit that drains life energy is wicked evil. Kanokon Episode 3 Review

April 20th, 2008 | Category: Kanokon

Have you ever told a chick the dead bones truth before? Like, hard, no sugar coating, truth. I have. More than once. It really isn’t something you want to try. Supposedly women also prefer being lied to rather than knowing the truth if it means it will spare their feelings. There is clinical evidence for this. I kid you not. Then, they get this absurd expression that is supposed to make you feel guilty. I generally try not to give them that satisfaction. The perverted concept of popular feminism has always pissed me off.

Kanokon Episode 1 Review

April 12th, 2008 | Category: Kanokon

So here I am sitting, typing after a wonderful meal, the first wonderful meal I’ve had in the better part of a month. I am not a vegan or even a vegetarian. I do not believe humans were meant to live without proteins from meat, nonetheless I have had to subsist off of nothing but raw vegetables, fruit, and yogurt for over three weeks, and it has been miserable. Now I am not arrogant enough to think that anyone cares about my woes or my wonderful meal. I bring this up because this meal, having put me in an exceptionally good mood for the first time in about a month, very likely has favorably affected my impressions of Kanokon. It is not rational, nor should it be. At this point my post is merely an expression of my joy and peace of mind.
