Vampire Knight Episode 5 Review
The entire feel of the Vampire Knight anime has a very gothic feel, which I rather appreciate. What I do not like is the porcelain doll face that each and every one of them seems to sport. Neither Zero nor Kaname really have expressions, in fact the only person in the anime that seems to consistently express emotions is Yuuki. Every single one of them are like freaking Aes Sedai or Aiel or something.
Vampire Knight episode 5 gives Yuuki a rude awakening in the world of vampire’s blah blah blah… I’ve always wondered how people can grow up so completely oblivious to everything around them. She and Zero cut a couple of deals, which will ultimately end with Zero dying. No, this is not a manga spoiler, this is just common sense.
These so called “vampire hunters” are a really prickly lot, it seems. Zero has been exhibiting this stubbornness and the new one-eyed substitute teacher seems to concur. Who the fuck cares who does the job so long as it gets done? I swear it’s like arguing over who has the larger e-peen.
Whatever, Vampire Knight episode 5 didn’t really bring that much to the table. Maybe I’m just tired. It rehashes the whole Level E thing, and Zero’s master makes an appearance. Just another spice tossed in to make a story.
