Slayers Revolution Episode 5 Review
Wow, I mean just wow. Slayers Revolution 5 was really packed with a great deal of plot information. It isn’t too difficult to follow for anyone who has seen the entirety of the Slayers series before, but for anyone who is just picking up Slayers Revolution now, it can be a tad confusing. Code Geass R2 Episode 16 Review
A friend of mine recently caught up with the series starting from the first season of Code Geass. His opinion of the second season is actually radically different from the rest of our friend group’s general consensus, which I found interesting. Most of us at this point are somewhat put off by Code Geass R2, although we all intend to finish it, none of us are truly thrilled by where they have taken the series. Having caught up to us at Code Geass R2 episode 16, this guy is loving it. No comments
School Rumble San Gakki Episode 1 Review
It’s been quite a while since School Rumble Ni Gakki was released and my memory of the ending is just a tad foggy. Nevertheless I still remember enough where I’m kind of in wtf-land with School Rumble San Gakki. No comments
Code Geass R2 Episode 15 Review
I’m torn between saying ABOUT FUCKING TIME and lauding praise, and disliking Code Geass R2 episode 15. No comments
Slayers Revolution Episode 3 Review
So here is a brief synopsis for anyone from a younger generation of anime viewers who may not know what Slayers is. Lina basically defeats Rezo the Red Priest, and the magic beast, Chaos Dragon Gaav and Hellmaster Phibrizzo. Oh, and don’t forget Dark Star. Basically at the end of the third series, Slayers Try, Gourry lost his Sword of Light when he returned it to the Otherworlder after they defeated Dark Star. Seriously, the last 5 episodes of them fighting Dark Star is what hooked me into Slayers and anime in the first place.
No commentsAllison and Lillia Episode 13 Half Season Review
I’ve been following Allison and Lillia though I haven’t reviewed it. The story is so overwhelmingly mellow that I found it difficult to work up a great deal of either enthusiasm or hate for the series. No comments
Itazura na Kiss Episode 14 Review
I was waiting for this episode before continuing my reviews for Itazura na Kiss. I was getting tired of regurgitating all the usual love drama junk that happens before the moment everyone is waiting for. This anime also tends to be rather difficult to find decent screenshots for…it just isn’t that kind of show. 1 comment
Code Geass R2 Episode 14 Review
Code Geass R2 is like the girl you started dating when she was hot, and then gained twenty pounds once you entered the “serious relationship” phase. Code Geass R2 episode 14 killed the series for me in so many different ways that I’m left wondering if next week will provide us with some ghoulish continuum of the series. 7 comments
